1- soak your seeds for 8 hours or overnight. Fill the jar about halfway with water to soak.
2- Drain the jar then Fill the it again with water and Rinse the seeds. place the jar upside down in a bowl or on a drying rack or towel so The remaining water will drain out.
3- Until the seeds sprout and are ready to eat, every twelve hours or so (first thing when you get up and last thing after dinner) rinse and drain the seeds. Easy peezy!
