Precautions and warnings
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have an iron deficiency or if you have a liver disorder. Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite and consult a health care practitioner. Undesirable effects known: Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and other countries).
Recommended dose
Adults: Use one bag per cup water, 3 times a day. Pour boiling water and allow to steep 8 minutes. Take with food. Duration of use: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.
