Instructions: 

Inhalation: Spray 4 to 6 times in the air or spray 2 to 3 times on a tissue and breathe deeply. Repeat as needed. Do not spray directly on face. Do not spray on plastic, painted or varnished surfaces, nor synthetic fabrics or leather.
